Kelly Clark Training

 

 

 

Kelly Clark has 20 years of experience as a cultural competency/social justice educator. She develops and presents dynamic programs that reflect the best practices in increasing cultural competency skills.

Ms. Clark specializes in LGBT cultural competence. In her role as Director of Community Safety Programs at the Gay Alliance of the Genesee Valley, she has developed and led specific LGBT cultural competency trainings for rape crisis, law enforcement, S.A.N.E. nurses, district attorneys, domestic violence advocates, and other victim service providers.

Before joining the Gay Alliance, Ms. Clark worked for a number of colleges and universities directing multicultural programming, diversity and leadership programs. She also has expertise in using theater as a peer education model in diversity training.

Ms. Clark is a graduate of the University of Rochester where she earned a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling and Human Development.
